Alley Oop: Remember me to Moo

Alley Oop returns to Moo, accompanied by riverboat gambler Texas Jack East. There's something wrong in this 1957 comic strip sequence by V. T. Hamlin, though...no one in Moo recognizes Oop!

Eveready GI cartoons

In 1944 and '45 Eveready Batteries were advertised with full-page cartoon ads relating to GIs (and flashlights!) on the back covers and interiors of comic books. These ads all came from DC Comics of the period. Cartoonists represented in these ads are Frank Beaven, Louis Priscilla, Dick Mackay, Syd Hoff, Reamer Keller, Paul McCarthy, Sid Hix and George Wolfe.
